Terms and conditions

This service is operated by MOBILEA LIMOUSINE SERVICES, holder of a Passenger Transport license n ° 2009/11/0003433. This activity is a regulated activity which depends on the Ministry in charge of Transport and on the Regional and Interdepartmental Direction of Equipment and Development. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service under the conditions of safety and guarantees provided by law.

1. DEFINITION OF THE SERVICE

The package includes the vehicle in working order, the qualified driver, the professional insurance for the people transported, the fuel, the kilometers and the time according to estimate, the options defined with the customer, except special conditions. Any pricing unit (hour, kilometer) started is due. All prices are Tax-inclusive, expressed in EUROS. The package does not include the amount of tolls and parking, entries into public places, the driver's meal in the event of service of 6 consecutive hours or more (package 20 euros).

2. REGULATIONS

The payment for the service is made exclusively online. No on-site payment will be accepted.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Reservations cancelled with an anticipation of less than 48 hours before the departure of the vehicle, or the absence of the customer in the pick-up point, will not be refunded. Any reservation cancelled with an anticipation greater than 48 hours allows an 80% refund of the amount of the order.

4. UNAVAILABILITY OF THE VEHICLE

In the event that the vehicle provided for in the contract cannot be made available, a higher-class vehicle will be made available. If, however, no vehicle is available, the sums already paid will be fully reimbursed without recourse or compensation for the damage caused. In the event of a breakdown or accident, during the service making the vehicle unavailable, the amount of the service will be calculated in proportion to the time spent, without recourse or compensation for the damage caused.

No recourse, nor compensation for the damage caused in the event of delay of the vehicle, could not be accepted, unless the two parts agree on an amicable settlement of the contract. In any event, the deposit will be kept if the delay is less than 50% of the total duration of the service or reimbursed in full if the delay is more than 50%.

5. SECURITY AND DEGRADATIONS

The driver must respect the highway code and he is forbidden to break it, even at the request of the customer. In case of deterioration of the interior equipment or other damage inflicted on the vehicle or other vehicles, for example during the untimely opening of the doors, the damage caused will be borne by the customer. We kindly ask you to let the driver open and close the doors. Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles; the driver is instructed to stop to allow smokers to relax if they wish.

If the driver realizes that the customer is committing an offense, he is instructed to immediately stop the service in progress. This judgment will in no case give the right to reimbursement of this service.

No animal will be accepted in our vehicles except in an airtight cage or container provided for this purpose.

6. DISPUTES

Subject to all legal provisions, any dispute that may arise is, by express agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Meaux (France).
